Processing Time

Parcels weighing less than 5 KG:
Basic Fee: Varies by country. Please check the exact amount on the Checkout page. -
Parcels weighing over 5 KG:
Basic Fee + Extra Fee: €5 per 0.5 KG over the initial 5 KG. -
Orders over €100: Free shipping applies.

Orders under €100: A shipping fee of €5 applies for European countries and €8 for International locations.
Please note that each order is limited to a maximum of two items.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Volonka is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed during or after shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
- If your package is damaged or lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue. You may also need to contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim process is complete.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Modifications
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
How can I track the shipping information?

Please note that some tracking numbers may only become active after customs clearance in the destination country. We always provide tracking numbers to confirm that the order has been processed, so there is no need for concern.
What can I do if tracking shows recipient absent/ cannot reach customer?
Look for a notification card or slip in your letterbox or on your door, and follow the instruction on that notice to collect your parcel asap. If no notification could be found, please contact the local carrier asap
What I need to do when "Returned to the sender" shows on the tracking information?
Due to delivery failure, absence of the recipient, end of the pick-up period, etc., your package will be returned to the overseas warehouse of the shipping company, which means the package may not reach you.
Fortunately, we may support a resend service for your package, so if this happens, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will apply for a resend (if supported)
Where do our products ship from?
We would like to clarify that while our company is registered and operated from Ireland, we work with international fulfilment and logistics partners. For efficiency and availability reasons, some orders may be dispatched directly from our manufacturing or partner warehouses, including locations in China.
What should I do if tracking information shows "delivered" but I haven't received it?
The package may have been delivered to you or a family member or neighbour and placed in a safe place. Most packages arrive on time when they say "Delivered." But sometimes you may not be able to find your package. The following tips may be helpful:1. Check if others at your address have accepted.
2. Look around the delivery location. Your package may have been left at your neighbour's property or in a safe place such as a porch or garage.
3. Contact your local carrier as soon as possible and ask if they have more information about the location of your package.
4. If you still cannot solve the problem after trying the above steps, please contact us.
