Return & Refund Policy
We take great care to ensure every order is packed and delivered in perfect condition.
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We accept returns in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged, defective
- You receive the wrong product.
In these situations, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund upon confirmed receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Voluntary Returns for Size Mismatch Items
Please note that our sizing is based on EU standards. As individual fit preferences may vary, some customers may find that a different size provides a more comfortable fit.
Returns resulting from size mismatches are considered voluntary and, as such, the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us immediately at contact@volonka.com with your order number and clear photos showing the problem. Our team will review your case and provide instructions for return or replacement.
All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
With your return request, please provide clear photos of the product from all angles. Our team will review these photos within 48 hours. If approved, a return shipping label will be provided.
Return the Item within 14 days of delivery, not necessarily to be delivered within that period. Failure to ship within the 14 Days window will result in the cancellation of the return.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

In the event of a non-motivated order, a fee of €10 will be deducted from the total amount paid. This fee covers the processing costs incurred by the cancellation.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in the same condition as originally delivered.
Upon confirmed receipt and inspection, items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed
- With all original labels and tags

Free from stains, damage, or any signs of wear

Free from perfume, deodorant, smoke, or body odor
Items that show signs of use, damage, or odor will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
Volonka Ltd does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom made or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@volonka.com.
Please note that orders cancelled prior to shipment due to unverifiable or incomplete information are handled under our Order Verification Policy (see Terms of Service). In such cases, store credit may be issued instead of a direct refund.
