Return & Refund Policy
We take great care to ensure every order is packed and delivered in perfect condition.
Return For Damage Or Incorrect Item
We accept returns in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged, defective
- You receive the wrong product.
In these situations, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund upon confirmed receipt and inspection of the returned item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, EU customers can submit a request via our Withdrawal Request form or through your order history at account.volonka.com.
Returns for Size Mismatch Items
Please note that our sizing is based on EU standards. As individual fit preferences may vary, some customers may find that a different size provides a more comfortable fit.
Returns resulting from size mismatches are considered voluntary and, as such, the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us immediately at contact@volonka.com with your order number and clear photos showing the problem. Our team will review your case and provide instructions for return or replacement.
All return requests must be submitted within 14 daysĀ from delivery of the last item. EU consumers may also have additional statutory rights as described in our EU Right Of Withdrawal policy.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please provide clear photos of the product to assist with our review process. Our team will review submitted information within 48 hours. If approved for a return due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
Return the item within 14 days of your return approval. Failure to dispatch the return within this period may result in the cancellation of the return request.
Customers must contact us before returning any item so that we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing and refund approval. You can always contact us with any return questions at contact@volonka.com.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in the same condition as originally delivered.
Upon confirmed receipt and inspection, items must be:

⢠Unworn
⢠Unwashed
⢠With all original labels and tags attached
⢠Free from stains, damage, or any signs of wear
⢠Free from perfume, deodorant, smoke, or body odor
Items that show signs of use, damage, or odor may not be eligible for a refund.
Returned goods must be sent to the return address provided by Volonka. Depending on the fulfillment location of the order, the return destination may be outside the European Union. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned goods reach us safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Volonka Ltd cannot issue refunds for returns that are not received.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
⢠Gift cards
⢠Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
⢠Custom-made or personalized products
⢠Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
⢠Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
⢠Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
For customers outside the European Union (EU) only:
⢠Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
⢠A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from eligible voluntary returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, weāll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
