EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Volonka of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding any deductions permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.
Returned goods must be sent to the return address provided by Volonka. Depending on the fulfillment location of the order, the return destination may be outside the European Union.

Condition of Returned Goods

Customers are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For clothing and footwear, customers should take reasonable care of the goods and, where possible, return items:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• With all original tags attached

• In original packaging where applicable

• Free from odors, stains, damage, or excessive wear

Footwear should be tried indoors only and returned without wear to the soles.

Exceptions

Certain products may not be eligible for withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
